NOD filed this week against Jennifer Crisp on the property at 12706 Lanai Ave. $16,206 is owed to bring the loan current

A lousy $16K to bring the loan current, come on jettboy you must have that in pocket change.

The Bakersfield MLS shows 3851 houses today. That is an increase of 50 houses in only 24 hours!

It's funny how most think that the crash is already happening. They ain't seen nothing yet...

Check out http://countrywide-foreclosures.blogspot.com/index.html. Web page is reasonably up-to date, and much quicker responding than the horse's mouth.

I am surprised at how high the list prices are. Evidently the Tanned One is still not desperate.

Crash-

You are following this as close as me. We were at 2,650 homes on the MLS this same time last year. So much for the spring rally.

Thanks incessant_din.

It is so funny how things come back to cash position. There is a reason why people say old money and jettboy is not old money.

I really doubt jettboy has ever read or even has the mental capacity to understand accounting fundamentals. Economic theory obviously is a mystery to him based on his prior year predictions.

Sad part is both you and I know it is not that tough, but remains hard for so many people.

Also, old money has made a lot of coin off of Jettboy, the jet, the cars, jewelery, and so on.

It's amazing that this guy (Crisp) actually thought that treating people high rollers was a solid business model. That only worked for the other "bling glasses, bluetooth eating, cow patch field home bidder real estate moguls."

There was a "financial specialist" that would put her a photo of her Benz in her ads -- shows the lack of business sense these people have.

amwnzuIf that's what it takes to win the contract on a 12 millon dollar Twin Towers project, then maybe we are not doing business like we should..fly you down in a jet, drive you around in SL-600, and dinner at the Crystal Palace

Surprising there aren't more in the Pinon Springs area. That's just the epitome of our unorganized, poorly planned sprawl. In about 30 yrs, that area has already gone through the whole cycle -- from outlying farmland, to new construction, to nice suburban condos, to blighted crime ridden ghetto.
