Its a crazy time all over this valley. The vast majority of the few sales in the last 6 months have been out of towners or ESL speakers. I've seen many empty developments recently with only 1 street finished, homes that sold for 220,000 in March of 07 are being sold right now for 180,000, how is this going to affect the current inventory that is older.
